Read what people are saying about the Veronica series (3 fictional diaries):

"Veronica's Soap Opera Life"

Doug Simpson rated it 5 stars out of 5 on Amazon

Veronica is a 30ish single mother who is seeking Mr. Right for a lasting relationship. That turns out to be a mayor challenge. This story is written in Veronica’s diary, which is a neat approach as the reader is not only privy to the activities but Veronica’s emotions and thoughts. Veronica encounters a number of eligible bachelors in her search for Mr. Right but each one eventually turns out to have a major flaw that Veronica could not live with over the long term. I have read a number of this authors books and I am really impressed with her clearly descriptive writing style. Everyone should enjoy this story.

This book was very well-written.. Veronica's story is one that relates to many women! Men, friendships that come and go and happy times and sad times everything a young or older girl put  in her day to day diary.. now with that said off to read book 2 now!!

Veronica's Soap Opera Life is a very realistic story of what can happen when a single mom does something spontaneous. Through Todd Veronica meets Alec and before she knows she's in a very unhealthy relationship. Her life that used to be easy gets quite complicated but I have to say that she sure has no dull moment in her life anymore.
This was a fun, easy read that you can read in one sitting! A perfect read for a lazy Sunday or to take with you on the beach.

This book is great!
It's really great to indulge in the gossip of another persons life...you won't get in trouble for it. Veronica's story is one that relates to many women! Men, troubles, fun times, and friendships...
The book is written in a heart-to-heart way simple every day way. Not in a glamor hollywood style, so it's a refreshing read.

"Veronica's Attempt at Romance"

Doug Simpson rated it 5 stars out of 5

This is the second of three novels in Veronica’s quest to discover a lasting true love. Veronica is a 30ish single mother who is not desperate by any means but hopes to eventually stumble upon Mr. Right. That has to date been a major challenge. This story is once again written in Veronica’s diary, which is a neat approach as the reader is not only privy to the activities but Veronica’s emotions and thoughts. Veronica has a history of encountering numerous eligible bachelors in her search for Mr. Right but each one eventually turns out to have a major flaw that Veronica could not live with over the long term. In this instalment, after disposing of a few more losers Veronica discovers a potential Mr. Right in the most unlikely place – her own apartment building. We must wait until book three to discover if this latest lover is truly Mr. Right or he becomes just another discard. I have read a number of this authors books and I am really impressed with her clearly descriptive writing style. Readers should enjoy this story.

The second is just as juicy as the first...if not more. So much happens to Veronica. It really feels like a guilty pleasure reading it. Like you've found you're best friends diary and are catching up on all that has gone on!

"Veronica's Happily Ever After"

Doug Simpson rated it 5 stars out of 5 on Amazon

After more than a decade of relationships with numerous potential life-partners, who sooner or later turned out to be undesirable losers, Veronica discovers Mr. Right living right in her own apartment building. Cautious at first because of her past record with eventual losers, Veronica happily discovers that Scott is indeed the perfect man for her dream of happily ever after. Following an extended period of the cautious development of a loving relationship, Scott surprises Veronica with a marriage proposal she gleefully accepts. Not too long after their marriage and some interesting house-hunting adventures the happy couple is rewarded with a perfect surprise – Veronica is pregnant with twins, twin girls. This is a marvelous way to end this three-part series.

What girl doesn't want a happily ever after...
I read all three, one after the other, as I just couldn't put them down.
While it may seem a bit like a fairy tale or Sunday movie romantic comedy, the fact is that most girls gushe for a good ending...and this book has it. It leaves some twists and turns and plays on every girls dream, but why burst the girly bubble.
Veronica is not just a character in a book, but the girl that is in all of us...
